Our Process
We assess all the properties that we source and offer these properties to our database of investors.
The properties will be sent via our opt-in email subscription service. If you have not signed up to that list, you will be missing out on the deals.
Once you are subscribed to our email subscription list, you will receive regular emails with great property investment deals. If you like a particular deal you can reserve it following the instructions in the email. The deals will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, to provide an equal chance to secure the properties.

You receive the email, if you like a particular deal, reserve it following the instructions in the email.

We will schedule a call to go through the property details, Return on Investment (ROI), and pictures.

If you would like to proceed, we will send you our terms of sale and an invoice for the finder's fee.

Once we receive the signed terms of sale and payment, we then schedule a call to disclose the full property details.

When then instruct you as the buyer to the selling agent via email.

We provide you with the contacts of our mortgage broker, property lawyer, and insurance broker if necessary.

The property is marked Sold Subject to Contract (SSTC).

The purchase of the property goes through as a normal sale.

We then assist you with any issue that may arise throughout the sale process up to completion.
